Before you print

  • Plain paper is fine. Every page is designed to go easy on ink — no heavy backgrounds anywhere.
  • Print single-sided. The pages are meant to be spread out on a floor, not stapled.
  • Page 3 is membership cards. Four of them. One for your Keeper, three for whoever they recruit. Cardstock helps here if you have it.
  • Page 8 is a blank crest. They draw their own club symbol inside it. This is usually the page that ends up on the fridge.

The Case of the
Missing Time Capsule

The kit starts a club. This starts a mystery. Six sealed envelopes, opened one a day, arriving by mail — with the clues, the notes and the riddles the club actually works from. Written for ages 7–10, and built so a grown-up never solves it for them.
